The concept of BEI consists of the ecosystem model below:

• Capacity building and skill development trainings of women and labours

• Specialty products identification and selling through online platforms, fairs and exhibitions. (i.e. handicrafts, snacks, SHGs produce and farm/agricultural produces)

• Direct purchasing from producers and sellers and sharing % of revenues directly to their linked bank accounts as beneficiaries.

• Providing support for micro-financing and govt. subsidies and loans for setting up small businesses, eateries and selling consumable products.

• Tools assistance, skill development with specific need identification for the unorganised sector workers and labourers.

• Organising and participating in handicrafts, arts and carafts fairs and installing stalls for promoting local products for generating significant revenue for the producers and craftsmen and women.
