Mr Joshi is a health education and research pioneer with over 20 years of experience in the field. He has worked in large industrial settings. He was responsible for managing labour welfare, recruiting and appraising personnel, orienting and placing new employees, overseeing human resources and EHS departments, conducting First Aid training, and organizing operational training programs.
With his wealth of experience and expertise, Mr Joshi is well-equipped to contribute significantly to health education and research through capacity-building activities and more. For more than the past five years, Mr Joshi has supported the MINDs Foundation as a Program Director to provide research-backed solutions for rural and global mental health. He also served the Govt. of Gujarat, ILO, and U.T on contract-based employment for Child Labour Elimination Project, the Unorganised Labour Welfare Project, and Child Protection Services.
With his tertiary education in Computer Software and Media Applications and his master's in Human Resouce Management, he has been able to apply his skills in research design, data analysis, community outreach, labour welfare, and more in the field of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). With this profusion of knowledge, he aims to contribute to the betterment of society through training the marginalized youth in sustainable skill development.
Mr Joshi is a mental health professional who has done extensive research on depression and anxiety. His certification in CBT (Cognitive-Behavioural-Therapy) played a pivotal role in developing his research paper, "Knowledge and attitudes towards depression among General Health Practitioners, Gujarat India." This groundbreaking research paper and his passion for psychological well-being were honoured with accolades from various mental health leaders around the globe.
Jankamal Foundation is the brainchild of Mr Joshi, founded to transform the lives of marginalized communities through skill development, mental health management, and opportunity creation. He is eager to see people reach their potential, and he wants to do everything he can to help them get there.
